Which of the '100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die' is your favorite?

A couple of weeks ago, the Alabama Tourism Department released an updated ‘best of’ list as part of its “The Year of Alabama Food” campaign called “100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.”

Despite its name, the list actually features 231 dishes from “award-winning restaurants, historic diners, famous BBQ joints, farm-to-table, fresh Gulf seafood and home cooking.”

What follows is the complete list of restaurants named to the list, their locations and the dish that warranted their inclusion on the list.
