Mariano Rivera's 'The Closer' debuts on nonfiction best-sellers list

Today is Sunday, so that means that it’s time for my weekly breakdown of this week’s Publishers Weekly Best-Sellers Lists. According to those lists, there are three new books at the top of the four major best-sellers lists this week.

"Unlucky 13" by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro replaced "The Target" by David Baldacci as the No. 1 book on the hardcover fiction best-sellers list.

"Finding Me" by Michelle Knight replaced "Everybody's Got Something" by Robin Roberts and Veronica Chambers as the top book on the hardcover nonfiction best-sellers list.

"Inferno" by Dan Brown replaced "First Sight" by Danielle Steel as the top book on the mass market paperback best-sellers list.

"Gone Girl" by Gillian Flynn remained the top book on the trade paperbacks best-sellers list for the second week in a row.

There were seven new books on this week’s hardcover fiction best-sellers list that weren’t on the list last week. Those books (and their places on the list) included "Unlucky 13" by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro (1), "Field of Prey" by John Sandford (2), "Walking on Water" by Richard Paul Evans (4), "Robert B. Parker's Cheap Shot" by Ace Atkins (11), "Midnight Crossroad" by Charlaine Harris (12), "All the Light We Cannot See" by Anthony Doerr (13) and "Delicious!" by Ruth Reichl (14).
